Synthetic thermal insulation helps maintain pleasant thermal comfort even during breaks or at lower movement intensity. The lightweight 1-layer polyamide material is windproof and, thanks to the water-repellent PFC free finish, helps repel water from the surface of the material. The Ripstop construction also increases resistance to normal abrasion when in contact with a backpack or vegetation.

Ventilation zones make it easier to wick away excess heat during more demanding ascents. Pre-shaped sleeves support natural movement, elastic cuffs fit better at the wrists, and the adjustable bottom hem helps adapt the jacket to current conditions.
