When will my order be shipped?
The products listed on our website are in stock, so we strive to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the shipping company will contact you directly regarding delivery.
When will the shipment be delivered?
The exact estimated delivery time is listed directly next to the specific product - above the “Add to Cart” button or in the “Important Information” section.
The delivery date may be affected by current warehouse workload, carrier capacity, or ongoing promotions and campaigns. In such cases, we provide up-to-date delivery information directly on our website.
Can I choose an exact delivery date?
We strive to process every order as quickly as possible. If you’d like to delay processing, please contact us via email. However, the exact delivery date and time depend on the shipping carrier, over which we have no direct control. If you need delivery on a specific day or time, we recommend contacting the carrier directly; they will notify you via email once the shipment has been dispatched.
Where can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order at any time directly in your customer account.
Where can I find pickup locations?
Customers select pickup locations or parcel boxes directly when completing their order in the shopping cart. Available locations are displayed based on the selected carrier and delivery address.
Can an invoice be issued to a company?
If you wish to have an invoice issued to a company, please contact us by email as soon as possible after placing your order. Please include the company’s billing information in the email— company name, ID number, tax ID, and VAT ID (if the company is a VAT payer). The invoice is issued once the order is processed, and the billing information cannot be modified after it has been issued.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in several ways. You can pay online via an internet payment system or pay cash on delivery when you pick up the goods.
Can I pay upon pickup?
Yes, when placing your order, you have the option to choose cash on delivery. In that case, you will pay for the order upon pickup.
My payment failed; what are my options?
If the online payment is not successful, the order is not paid for, and in that case, you will need to place a new order
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and delivery location. You can find the exact shipping cost on our website in the “Important Information” section, or it will be displayed directly in your shopping cart when you complete your order
Order changes and cancelation
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it is no longer possible to change its contents or add or remove individual items. We therefore recommend that you carefully review your shopping cart before confirming your order to avoid any complications during order processing.
Can I combine multiple orders into one?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple orders into one. Each order is processed and shipped separately, partly because shipments are dispatched from multiple warehouses.
Can I split my order into several packages with diferent shipping addresses?
Again, this depends on the course. Many online courses include assessments and assignments to help reinforce the learning and gauge your understanding of the material. These can be in the form of quizzes, projects, or practical exercises. Course descriptions often mention the presence of assessments, and some courses provide certificates upon successful completion of the assignments.
How can I cancel my order?
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet entered the processing stage. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us via email as soon as possible.
Do you have a physical store or place where I can try the goods?
Unfortunately, this option is not available. We operate exclusively as an online store, so we do not have a showroom or retail location where you can try on or pick up products in person.
Which stores carry your brand?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have updated information on which stores currently carry our brand.
If an item is out of stock, how can I find out if and when it will be available?
If a particular size is not available on our website, in most cases we do not restock the products, as we update our collections annually. However, it may happen that some items are returned by customers and subsequently restocked on an ongoing basis. Availability can therefore only be checked periodically directly on our website. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to track availability or receive email notifications when a product is restocked.
Can you check the availability of a specific item at a partner store?
Our warehouse is not connected to the systems of partner stores, so we cannot check the availability of items at individual stores. For this reason, we also do not have information about the stock levels of a specific product at specific retail locations.
Can I try out the products and pick them up at your business address?
Unfortunately, this option is not available. We operate exclusively as an online store.
What is the warranty period for the products?
The warranty period for all products is 24 months from the date of purchase. You can find more detailed information on our website in the “How to Return, Exchange, or File a Complaint” section.
How can I return an order?
Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To process a return, you must fill out the form included with the shipment (or available on our website), enclose it with the goods in the package, and then send the package to the address provided.

When and how will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. If you paid by card through a payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the account associated with that card. However, if you paid via cash on delivery, we will refund the money via bank transfer. Therefore, in this case, you must provide your account number on the form.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
How long does it take to exchange an item, and when will I receive the replacement?
The legal deadline for processing an exchange is 14 days from the delivery of the shipment to our address. We typically send replacement items to the same address where the original order was delivered. If you wish to have the item sent to a diƯerent address, please indicate this directly on the exchange form or notify us of the change via email.
Can I exchange an item purchased from your online store for a completely different item?
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Where is my order number?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order. It is also available in your customer account under “My Orders.”
How can I register?
You can easily register through our website. Just click the "Register" button located at the top of the page. Then fill out the registration form with your information and confirm your registration. Once completed, a customer account will be created for you.
I forgot my login credentials, what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll then send you an email with a new temporary password. After logging in, you can easily change this password in your customer account.
