Is ski-touring just right for you? Then take a look at this powerful BYSTRA insulation jacket from the SKITOURING series by NORTHFINDER. This special, ultra-lightweight jacket will keep you optimally warm on the descent. But if it gets colder on the climb, you can rely on its effective thermoregulation. The construction offers perfect adjustment and the highest level of movement. You can wear the jacket as a second layer or, if it's dry, as an outer layer. The anatomy of the jacket combines ultra-lightweight and durable Pertex® Quantum material (32 g/m2) with unsurpassed PrimaLoft® Down Blend insulation. Elastic panels located on the sleeves and sides increase air circulation and enhance the jacket's mobility and flexibility. Pertex® Quantum is a tightly woven fabric with a ripstop structure allowing the insulation to perform to its full potential. Warmth is provided by PrimaLoft® Down Blend hybrid insulation, which combines synthetic fibers with down for improved compression and waterproofing. The integrated hood with 2-way adjustment is ergonomic and helmet compatible. Then there are the elasticated cuffs and adjustable lower jacket hem to protect you from the wind. It comes with 2 zippered pockets and internal glove pockets. We've made this jacket slightly longer than last year's model based on field testing, so you can keep your butt and back warm even when skiing intensive powder. We've also lengthened the collar height of the hood, for even better protection and comfort even in high winds.
