All-day ski touring with full gear or a demanding day in the winter mountains. SILVRETTA 2 with a 30-litre volume offers enough space for one-day high-mountain tours and, with efficient packing, can also handle multi-day adventures.
The main compartment provides space for all necessary equipment, including a hydration bladder with an outlet between the shoulder straps. The front compartment is designed for avalanche equipment, and its colour-coded zipper allows immediate identification in an emergency situation. In addition to the probe and shovel, there is also space for a first aid kit or a helmet net. The top zip pocket is suitable for goggles, a mobile phone, or other small items, and there is also a key clip.
The backpack offers two ways to attach skis – classically in A-frame or diagonally, with the option to adjust their position on the back. The integrated helmet net is stored in a separate bottom compartment, and the front panel also features attachments for two ice axes. The back system made of EVA foam supports air circulation while snow minimally sticks to it. Carrying comfort is enhanced by an adjustable chest strap with an integrated whistle, adjustable shoulder straps, and a hip belt with a small-item pocket. Durability during regular use is ensured by high-quality YKK zippers and Duraflex buckles.
It is primarily intended for ski touring and ski touring. Thanks to the gear organisation, material attachment options, and 30-litre volume, you can also use it for winter snowshoe tours, high-mountain hiking, and other demanding activities in a winter mountain environment.
