A shoe from the approach footwear category ideal for steep hills and stony paths. The KANGTO shoe with a leather upper, a membrane and a first-class sole is designed for terrain. Feels the ground, absorbs shocks, great fit. Durable, ventilates, and does not tire even as all-day sports shoes. The shoe has an excellent Megagrip sole from VIBRAM®. The medium-soft sole, thanks to the high-quality rubber compound tested over the years, provides excellent stability. It offers traction even on a wet surface, when descending, on grass or on a forest floor. It provides stability even in light climbing sections, thanks to moderately hard design. Pattern with 4 mm depth expels mud and dirt. EVA foam bonded 2-layer midsole cushions and distributes shocks. The foot is seated on a shaped and replaceable Ortholite insole with arch support, and the shoe fixes it by lacing up to the toe. A thin flexible tongue with foam padding and side sewn gussets distributes the pressure of tightened laces and minimizes dirt entry. The shoes are protected by a durable rubber edging with climbing shoes pattern. The loop on the heel makes putting on shoes easier, and can also be used to attach shoes to a backpack.
