The hybrid technical jacket is the ideal companion for active winter sports such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, or hiking in cold temperatures. Thanks to the materials used and their strategic placement, the jacket works efficiently with the body during active movement. It combines excellent thermoregulation with protection against harsh weather conditions and maximum freedom of movement. The unique active insulation Polartec® Alpha® Direct, protected by a lightweight and elastic two-layer membrane, is placed on the front of the body, shoulders, sleeves, and partially on the back. This insulation does not require lining, meaning it can be in direct contact with the skin or other fabric layers, significantly reducing the weight of the garment. Polartec® Alpha® Direct provides excellent thermal comfort and has one of the highest vapor permeability values on the market. Maximum comfort and freedom of movement are ensured by the breathable and elastic material located on the sides, inner shoulders, and partially on the back. The jacket is functionally complemented by two large zippered pockets, which remain accessible even when wearing a backpack waist belt. These are perfect for a ski pass, goggles, or gloves. Inside, there are two additional mesh pockets for smaller items or a smartphone. The ergonomic hood made of waterproof and water-resistant membrane material features an extended visor and is compatible with a ski helmet. Thanks to the fabric structure, technical features, and optimal weight, SOKOLEC is the ideal partner for demanding physical activity in freezing weather.
