Description and Parameters

Ski mountaineering ascent, snowshoe hike, or a long day on cross-country skis. When intense movement, wind, and cold alternate, you need pants that reliably protect, breathe, and do not restrict movement.

The hybrid construction combines weather protection with effective thermoregulation. The front panel made of a flexible 2-layer membrane (10 000 mm / 10 000 g/m²/24h) blocks both wind and moisture, while the breathable and exceptionally elastic Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro™ on the back helps wick away excess heat and follows every movement. Pre-shaped knees and a crotch gusset increase comfort on ascents, traverses, and long steps in demanding terrain.

When the pace increases, ventilation openings on the sides allow excess heat to be quickly released without the need to change clothes. The water-resistant reinforced seat area increases durability in stressed areas. Stretch cuffs with Pin-lock zippers and silicone grip reliably connect with the ski boot and help prevent snow from entering. The lower part of the pants is additionally reinforced with a durable material that protects against damage from ski edges or crampons.
