This is a fully capable hiking shoe built on true barefoot principles. The DORJE low cut barefoot shoes is designed for men who want to feel the terrain underfoot while relying on technical grip and durability in the outdoors.
At the core is a zero drop construction – no height difference between heel and toe. Your body stays in a natural position, the ankle works through its full range, and every step feels more stable and controlled. The wide, anatomical toe box allows your toes to spread and actively stabilize your movement, especially on descents. The flexible build supports natural foot roll and improves proprioception on uneven terrain.
Grip comes from the Vibram® XS Trek Evo outsole, delivering reliable traction on rocks, forest trails, and dry mountain surfaces. The 360° RockShield enhances abrasion resistance and protects your foot from sharp stones without limiting flexibility. The upper made of 100% nubuck leather adapts to your foot shape while remaining breathable and quick-drying.
Two insoles are included. The perforated BareSkin Ultra (3.2 mm) is made for maximum ground feel – ideal if you want the closest possible connection to the terrain. The Ortholite® ComfortCore Balance (3.2 mm) can be worn on its own or combined with the BareSkin insole if you are transitioning from traditional footwear and prefer additional cushioning. As an option, an Ortholite® version with an integrated aluminum reflector is available to enhance thermal comfort in colder conditions.
